Smoking is now allowed again, which I feel is a mistake, but that is at every casino. I seen the the first host take napkins, which were left by the previous party, and wipe the table down, and seated a new party. Both were dressed in suits and were seating people. I understand it was busy, but this is what I observed two hosts do. The negative note for this buffet… The employees REALLY need to be certified in some type of food service classes. On a positive note, the food and variety is decent. By the time you get thru the line, your food is ice cold. The buffet was busy, and you had to wait extended times, as there is just one long line of buffet for the food, as opposed to multiple stations.
We had a comp for the Fresh Harvest Buffet on July 4th. The stalls are filthy and there’s nothing worse than entering a bathroom and being so grossed out, you have to go to another one. The bathrooms on the casino floor have become neglected and are not being cleaned as they should be. I don’t care for the ticket redemption machines which don’t give out coins. The casino itself is great, with a great variety of slots. Just when the cancer rate began to drop….
